San Bernardino, CA (September 19, 2023) – On September 9, a traffic accident occurred at 3:11 p.m. on the northbound Interstate 215 Freeway at Barton Road.
Julio Antonio Menjivar Guillen, 47, was identified as the deceased.
Three vehicles, including a black sedan and a gray Toyota Tundra, were involved.
Guillen was struck by a vehicle under unclear circumstances.
Two cars collided after the initial crash.
Guillen was rushed to Loma Linda University Medical Center and later died.
The Toyota Tundra fled the scene but was later found.
