The crash occurred around 5:50 a.m., blocking multiple lanes. Reports indicate that a blue Mazda 3 was obstructing the slow lane, while another involved vehicle, a white truck, was positioned in the No. 3 and No. 4 lanes.
California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the scene to assess the situation. One of the involved drivers reported that a suspected hit-and-run vehicle was captured on their dashcam, prompting further investigation.
