San Jose, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash at Capitol Expressway and Snell Ave Results in Fatality

San Jose, CA (July 21, 2023) – A fatal crash occurred on July 20, 2023, at San Jose’s Capitol Expressway and Snell Avenue intersection.

Two motorists collided and were ejected from their vehicles around 1:10 a.m.

Both were rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, one man succumbed to his injuries.

The second man is undergoing treatment for major injuries.

The San Jose Police Department and investigators from NBC Bay Area are looking into the cause of the collision.

The names and ages of the victims have not been disclosed.

Determining liability remains a pending task for the authorities.
