San Jose, CA (December 14, 2024) – A vehicle collision with unknown injuries occurred early Saturday morning on southbound I-680, just south of the Auto Mall Parkway offramp near Mission Blvd. The crash involved two unknown vehicles, one of which collided with a wall, leaving a gray Honda with significant damage.
Emergency responders, including California Highway Patrol (CHP) and tow services, arrived promptly at the scene. A male occupant of the vehicle was seen attempting to assist, but the extent of injuries to the individuals involved remains unclear. The gray Honda was found on the right-hand shoulder, having sustained damage from the crash. Authorities requested a tow service from Central Tow to remove the damaged vehicle.
The crash caused some disruption to traffic as the vehicles were cleared from the scene. All lanes were reopened as the area was cleared. CHP is continuing its investigation into the cause of the collision.
