The collision involved a beige Mazda, a gray Chevrolet sedan, and a gray Infiniti. The Mazda was initially observed blocking the HOV and #1 lanes, while the Chevrolet ended up on the right shoulder and the Infiniti in the center divider. Emergency responders from the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) were dispatched to provide assistance, and tow services were called to clear the damaged vehicles.
