Santa Ana, CA (September 18, 2023) – A traffic accident involving a black BMW 330i and an unidentified vehicle took place on I-5 North at the 4th St offramp in District 12 on Monday, September 18, 2023. Potential injuries have been reported.

The incident was recorded at 5:19 a.m.

Upon arriving, the California Highway Patrol assessed the scene.

Witnesses described the BMW driver swerving prior to the accident, indicating potential intoxication.

There was mention of an ambulance advising one of the involved parties to pull off the freeway.

However, direct contact with the injured was not made.

A white Subaru remained on-site, awaiting tow services.

The black BMW was located in the center divider, while the white Subaru stayed in the general-purpose lane.

Authorities continue to investigate the situation.
