Santa Ana, CA (September 18, 2023) – A traffic collision involving two vehicles occurred at 7:58 a.m. on I-5 South at 17th St on Monday, September 18, 2023.

The Orange County Freeway Service Patrol responded but closed their incident shortly after.

Witnesses reported seeing the vehicles exit at 17th Street.

Exact vehicle descriptions were unclear, but one vehicle’s license plate was identified as 639376.

Extent of injuries from the collision remains uncertain.

The investigation is still ongoing.
