According to reports, a BMW sedan overturned, landing on its roof about five feet off the roadway and partially into communication lines. Authorities also confirmed that the vehicle may have struck a power pole, causing live power lines to fall across the roadway. PG&E was notified and dispatched a crew to address the hazard, but delays occurred due to poor cell connectivity in the area. A tow truck was later called to remove the overturned vehicle.
