Santa Rosa County, FL – Fatal Crash on CR-399 Claims One Life

Santa Rosa County, FL (November 20, 2023) – A tragic accident on County Road 399 (East Bay Blvd) in Santa Rosa County resulted in one fatality on Sunday afternoon, November 19. The Florida Highway Patrol reported to the scene around 4:20 p.m.

A 26-year-old woman from Navarre, driving eastbound, lost control of her vehicle and collided with a tree. She sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The passenger, a 25-year-old woman from Pensacola, unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.

Both occupants were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident. FHP continues to investigate the crash.
