Sherman Oaks, CA (July 21, 2023) – On Thursday, July 20, 2023, a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on the San Diego (405) Freeway in the Sherman Oaks area.
The Los Angeles Fire Department dispatched paramedics to the northbound freeway near Ventura Boulevard at 7:15 a.m.
Unfortunately, the person’s identity remains unknown as they succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
The California Highway Patrol initiated an investigation into the incident.
