Shreveport, LA (September 13, 2023) – A man trying to evade arrest crashed into a City Marshal Vehicle on Monday, September 11, 2023.

Around 9:31 a.m., Shreveport Police and City Marshal deputies sought a suspect on the 100 block of East Gregg Street.

They approached Justin Anderson, 20, who had outstanding warrants.

In his attempt to flee, Anderson drove his car into a City Marshal’s vehicle.

Officers quickly detained Anderson, charging him with aggravated assault on an officer, property damage, possession of a firearm as a felon, and aggravated battery.

The investigation is still ongoing.
