Silver Spring, MD (February 19, 2023) – One person was transported to a local hospital following a motor vehicle accident in the Silver Spring area on Friday morning, February 17.
At around 7:30 a.m., the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were requested at the scene of an auto accident on Bel Pre Road.
Reports from authorities show that two vehicles collided in front of the Argyle Middle School, located in the 2400 block of Bel Pre Road. The incident blocked the road, causing disruptions in traffic.
One person was injured in the accident. EMS rendered aid to the victim before transporting them to a local hospital.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
