Silver Spring, MD (March 26, 2023) – A pedestrian was left injured as a result of a car crash that took place in the Silver Spring area. On March 25, the Montgomery County Police Department was notified that they were needed on-site at a crash on Columbia Pike, Route 29.
At approximately 2:00 a.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the northbound side of the road.
The police and the firefighters with the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services responded to the scene to provide assistance.
The pedestrian was rendered aid at the scene by EMS before being transported to a local hospital.
The Montgomery County Police Department is investigating the accident.
