Spring Hill, FL (September 18, 2023) – A motorcycle crash on Sunday night, September 17, 2023, took the life of an 18-year-old Spring Hill resident.

Around 10:09 p.m., an SUV approached Cortez Boulevard from Devlin Street.

The SUV, driven by a 57-year-old man, didn’t yield at a stop sign, entering the motorcycle’s path.

The motorcycle hit the SUV’s left side, ejecting the young rider.

The motorcyclist then struck a parked pickup truck at 8129 Cortez Blvd.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The SUV’s driver remained unharmed.

The investigation is still ongoing.
