Spring Twp, PA – Injury Collision at Broadcasting Rd & Rte 222 SB Off-Ramp

Spring Twp., PA (March 19, 2025) – A motor vehicle accident with reported injuries occurred Wednesday morning at the bottom of the southbound Route 222 off-ramp onto Broadcasting Rd in Spring Township.

Emergency responders, including units from Station P34, arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported at 9:04 a.m. First responders, including paramedics, assessed and treated individuals hurt in the crash, providing on-site medical care before transporting at least one person to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The extent of the injuries sustained has not yet been disclosed, and the identities of those involved remain confidential.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, including whether speed, driver distraction, or road conditions contributed to the incident.

Traffic in the area was temporarily affected as emergency crews worked to clear the scene and assist those involved. Motorists were advised to proceed with caution while traveling through the area.
