Springfield, KY (September 18, 2023) – A fatal head-on crash occurred at about 6:43 p.m. on US 150 near Texas Road in Washington County on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Demario Coleman from Mississippi was driving on US 150 when his vehicle collided head-on with another car.

Coleman tragically lost his life at the crash site.

The other vehicle’s driver sustained serious injuries and was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital.

The exact cause of the crash remains undisclosed.

The investigation is still ongoing.
