Car Accidents in Missouri
Improper turns are a common cause of accidents in Missouri, often leading to significant injuries and vehicle damage. When a driver misjudges a turn or crosses into another lane of traffic, the risk of broadside or head-on collisions increases significantly. These types of crashes can be particularly dangerous at high speeds, as seen in this incident on US-160.
Missouri law requires all drivers to yield the right-of-way when making turns and to ensure their path is clear before crossing traffic lanes. Failure to do so can lead to serious crashes that result in medical expenses, vehicle damage, and recovery challenges for those involved.
For victims of car accidents, seeking legal guidance can help navigate insurance claims and potential compensation for injuries, lost wages, and other damages. Understanding your rights is crucial in determining the best path forward after a crash.
