St. Charles, MO (September 13, 2023) – A sudden lane change on I-70, east of Mid Rivers Mall Dr, resulted in a collision on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

At 6:31 p.m., Jessica T. Huber, 27, in a 2008 Toyota Yaris, abruptly changed lanes and hit a guardrail.

After veering into lane 4, a 2013 Toyota Corolla, driven by a 17-year-old female, collided with the Yaris’s right side.

Huber sustained moderate injuries. St. Charles County Ambulance District transported her to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

Both vehicles, one totaled and the other with moderate damage, were towed from the scene.

The investigation is still ongoing.
