St. Charles, MO (November 21, 2023) – A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound US-61 ramp to RTE A on Monday, November 20, resulted in moderate injuries. The collision, involving three vehicles, occurred at 3:18 PM. According to the report, two Jeeps Grand Cherokee, one driven by 32-year-old Blake A. Lloyd from Troy, MO, and the other by 36-year-old Hannah A. Heap from Wentzville, MO, along with a 2014 Infiniti Q50 driven by 46-year-old Jason A. Muchacho from Lake St. Louis, MO, were involved.
Heap, the driver of the second Jeep, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis. The accident occurred as Lloyd failed to stop, striking Heap’s vehicle, which then hit Muchacho’s Infiniti. Lloyd then left the scene. TPR. A. M. Collins led the investigation, assisted by TPR. C. R. Knox, CPL. G. C. Leach, and TPR. D. M. Bochucinski. The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
