St. Clair, MO (July 14, 2023) – Tragedy struck on July 12, 2023, in St. Clair County when a collision claimed a man’s life from Boonville.
The incident occurred on Route H, approximately 7 miles north of El Dorado Springs.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, at around 4:44 p.m., Brandon Herman, 28, was driving his northbound 2000 Chrysler Town & Country when a 1994 International 9200 failed to yield, turning left into his path.
The impact caused Herman’s vehicle to veer off the road, overturn, and eject him.
Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The report indicated that Herman was not wearing a seatbelt during the collision.
The authorities are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident.
