Staten Island, NY (March 22, 2023) – Two people were reportedly hospitalized following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Staten Island for unknown reasons. The crash happened on Wednesday morning, March 22nd, at approximately 6:51 a.m.
Authorities say that the involved vehicles collided along the West Shore Expressway, and emergency responders were sent to the scene in the southbound lanes. Crews worked to secure the area and assist those involved in the wreck.
Two injured victims were transported to Staten Island University Hospital, with one being taken to the location in Ocean Breeze and the other transported to Prince’s Bay. At this time, no details have been reported concerning the conditions of the patients.
