The incident was reported at approximately 9:01 PM, prompting a response from Stations 10, 1, and 44. Due to prior commitments, Station 44 units coordinated backup support, with 99-4 ultimately covering the call. Upon arrival at 9:06 PM, crews, including TR-1 and local police, observed two vehicles obstructing the roadway. Responders immediately initiated cleanup operations and implemented traffic control measures to ensure safety.
