Suwanee, GA (June 22, 2022) – A motor vehicle collision happened on a roadway in Suwanee on the evening of June 22. Responders were sent to the scene of the accident at approximately 6:10 p.m.
Reports indicate that the accident took place on McGinnis Fry Road in the eastbound lanes before Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. An unknown number of vehicles collided in the area resulting in injuries for those involved.
Paramedics rendered aid to the injured victims at the scene before transporting those in need of further care to local hospitals for treatment. The names of the involved victims have not been released at this time.
Two lanes of McGinnis Fry Road were closed while responders worked in the area. Traffic was delayed for the time that the scene was active with emergency crews.
At this time, their current health conditions remain unknown. The intersection was blocked for some time while emergency crews worked to clear the scene. Authorities in Savannah continue to investigate the circumstances of the wreck.
