Topeka, KS (September 19, 2023) – An accident occurred on Monday, September 18, 2023, around 8:09 p.m. on I70 Eastbound near milepost 358.9.
William Joseph May Sr, 57, drove a 2004 Nissan 350Z it skidded.
The car veered right off the road, entering a ditch before stopping. May Sr, from Topeka, seemed uninjured.
Nathanael Taj Boehr, 20, also from Topeka, sustained injuries and was transported to Stormont Vail Hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
