Tyler, TX (September 13, 2023) – A deadly three-vehicle crash occurred south of Tyler.

The Texas Department of Public Safety revealed that around 4:00 p.m., a 2007 Chrysler Sebring, a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle, and a 2018 Toyota RAV4 collided on State Highway 155 at County Road 196.

Sean O. Leary, 39, from Frankston, was heading south on Highway 155.

Meanwhile, Dorothy Lee, 37, of Tyler, did not yield after halting at a County Road 196 stop sign, colliding with Leary’s motorcycle.

Only the RAV4 experienced minor damage. Sadly, Leary passed away on-site with no other reported injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing.
