Victorville, CA (September 18, 2023) – A pedestrian accident on Thursday, September 14, 2023, resulted in the death of Humberto Flores-Torres.

The collision occurred around 9:02 p.m. at the intersection of D Street and 4th Street.

Victorville Sheriff’s Station reported that 50-year-old Flores-Torres suffered severe injuries and died at the scene.

A westbound driver in the No. 2 lane hit Flores-Torres as he crossed D Street northbound. The driver remained on-site and cooperated with the investigators.

The exact cause and fault are yet to be determined.

The investigation is still ongoing.
