Virginia Beach, VA (December 28, 2020) – A traffic accident took place in Virginia Beach on Thursday, December 24, that injured one motorcyclist. The Virginia Beach Police Department responded to a call concerning a crash that occurred on Interstate 264 East on Christmas Eve.
Police stated that a group of motorcyclists was driving on I-264 E when a number of them were involved in a collision in the vicinity of Lynnhaven Parkway. One of the motorcyclists was ejected from their bike due to the crash.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured due to the accident. Paramedics were called to assist at the scene of the collision in order to render aid to the injured cyclist. He was then transported to a nearby medical center for treatment.
