Fairfax, VA (August 9, 2020) – An auto accident that caused injuries occurred on an interstate in Fairfax this morning that caused extensive delays.
Police, paramedics, and fire crews were dispatched to the scene of the crash that took place on I-95 near mile marker 171.5 at approximately 7:03 a.m on August 9. The crash was reported as a multi-vehicle accident that occurred for reasons still being investigated by local authorities.
Paramedics were observed at the accident site, however, it is unclear how many people were injured due to the crash. The severity and scope of any injuries suffered remain undisclosed at this time.
