Virginia Beach, VA – Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Princess Anne Rd

Virginia Beach, VA (August 17, 2020) – A motorcycle accident turned fatal this past Friday night and took one life on a roadway in Virginia Beach. 

First responders were dispatched to the scene of the wreck that occurred on Princess Anne Road at the intersection with Cheyenne Road at approximately 9:15 p.m. on Friday, August 14. 

Few details have been released regarding the circumstances of the wreck. However, it is known that one person lost their life as a result of the collision. 

The deceased victim’s identity has not been released at this time, as police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the crash. 

No other injuries were reported to have resulted from the incident, and the total number of vehicles involved in the crash also has yet to be reported.

The crash shut down the eastbound lanes of Princess Anne Road, and traffic in the area was diverted at Parliament Drive for some time following the collision.
