Waco, TX ( July 7, 2023) – The Texas Department of Public Safety investigates a fatal accident near West.
This occurred on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023.
At approximately 8:17 p.m., state troopers responded to a crash on IH-35 southbound near Wiggins Road.
The Department of Public Safety reports that a passenger in a Chevrolet pickup truck was injured when an object from another vehicle penetrated the car’s windshield.
At the scene, the passenger’s death was confirmed by medical personnel.
