Wadlow Gap, VA – Four Hurt in Car Crash on US-23

Wadlow Gap, VA (July 15, 2023) – A major traffic incident was reported in the Wadlow Gap area in Scott County that left several people injured.

At around 5:00 p.m. on July 13, emergency officials were called to the scene of a crash on US Route 23.

Crash reports indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred on the roadway during the early evening hours. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the involved vehicles with damage. Four people were injured as a result of the accident.

Multiple first responders were called to care for the injured victims. The injured victims were then transported to local hospitals.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
