Waxahachie, TX (September 18, 2023) – An ATV and Ford Ranger collided on Sunday evening, leading to tragic consequences.

The ATV, moving west on Boz Road, ignored a stop sign at Greathouse Road.

The northbound Ford Ranger on Greathouse Road hit the ATV, having the right of way.

Four individuals, all 16 or younger, were aboard the ATV.

Three sustained injuries and received medical attention locally.

Wyatt Randle, a 12-year-old passenger, succumbed to his injuries.

The Ford Ranger’s occupants, both injured, were hospitalized.

The investigation is still ongoing.
