Wheaton-Glenmont, MD (December 2, 2022) – Authorities in the Wheaton Glenmont area responded to the scene of an accident that took place on Thursday morning that sent at least one person to an area hospital with injuries. Just before noon on December 1, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on Georgia Avenue.
Preliminary reports indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred on Georgia Avenue in the area near Plyers Mill Road. The incident resulted in injuries. At least one person was transported to a local hospital, where they underwent treatment for the injuries they suffered.
