Willards, MD (February 4, 2023) – An automobile accident took place in the Willards area on Friday evening that left at least one of the involved parties hurt. On February 3, emergency crews were notified that a traffic crash had occurred on Old Ocean City Road.
At around 415 p.m., the Maryland state police responded to the scene of the traffic accident on old city Road in the area of Powellville Road.
At least one vehicle involved in the accident rolled over.
Police and firefighters responded to secure the area. Emergency crews worked to clear the damage to vehicles and debris from the roadway.
Injuries were reported in this accident. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
