Woodsboro, MD (February 1, 2023) – A traffic accident was reported in Frederick County on Monday evening that resulted in injuries. On January 30, the police and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on Route 194.
According to law enforcement, a collision between two vehicles occurred on Route 194 in the area of Gruber Road at around 6:50 p.m.
The impact of the collision caused one vehicle to go off the roadway while a second vehicle crashed into a barn nearby.
One person became trapped inside of their vehicle due to the accident and had to be extricated.
Two people were provided treatment at the scene of the accident for injuries they suffered in the crash. EMS then transported those who required further care to local hospitals.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
