Virginia Beach, VA (January 8, 2026) – Emergency responders from Virginia Beach EMS were dispatched on Tuesday afternoon following reports of an accident involving a bicyclist near the intersection of Dillon Dr and Continental St. The incident occurred at approximately 1:21 p.m., prompting a swift response from multiple EMS units.
Medics and rescue crews arrived on scene after receiving information about a bicyclist possibly injured in a traffic-related incident. Initial reports indicated that the individual, believed to be a man in his fifties, was seen walking away from the location when emergency personnel arrived. Despite his apparent mobility, responders remained on site to assess any injuries and provide necessary care. The extent of the man’s injuries has not been confirmed.
