Tucson, AZ (January 9, 2026) – A traffic accident resulting in injuries occurred on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of N Country Club Rd and E 2nd St. The crash was reported at around 2:19 p.m. on January 7, with emergency crews arriving at the scene within ten minutes.
Medical responders assessed several individuals at the scene for injuries sustained in the crash. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for additional evaluation. The full extent of the injuries has not yet been released by authorities.
Traffic in the area was briefly affected as emergency teams worked to assist the injured and clear the roadway. The intersection remained partially blocked during the response.
