Indianapolis, IN (January 9, 2026) – A 44-year-old woman was injured in a vehicle collision early Thursday morning near Eskenazi Ave in Indianapolis. The incident was reported at approximately 4:49 a.m. on January 8 and involved what appeared to be a head-on collision.
According to dispatch information, the woman was the restrained driver of a vehicle traveling between 30 and 50 mph when the crash occurred. She sustained a leg deformity and a possible head injury and was transported to the Eskenazi emergency department for further evaluation and treatment.
