Billings, MT (January 10, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision led to at least one injury and a trapped occupant on January 9 at the intersection of 2nd Avenue North and North 22nd Street in Billings. The crash was reported around 11:30 a.m., triggering a response from Engine 4, Engine 3, AMR, and additional rescue personnel.
Upon arrival, emergency crews found one individual trapped inside a vehicle, requiring extrication. Responders worked quickly to free the person and provide medical care at the scene. At least one patient sustained injuries, though the severity has not been confirmed at this time.
The crash resulted in brief traffic disruptions as emergency teams cleared the roadway and ensured the safety of those involved. Both vehicles sustained noticeable damage, and law enforcement remained on site to document the scene.
