Newnan, GA (January 11, 2026) – Emergency responders in Newnan were dispatched Saturday morning to a vehicle crash with injuries involving a golf cart near Highwoods Parkway and Fairway Drive. The incident was reported around 7:22 a.m. on January 10 after an alert was triggered by a Life360 monitoring system.
According to dispatch audio, the crash occurred on a golf cart path behind Highwoods Parkway near a pond. Responding units from Newnan Ladder 4, Rescue 4, and Medic 3 arrived at the scene to assess the situation and provide medical aid. One vehicle was initially reported in the median, and another reportedly returned to the area shortly after the incident.
Although the full extent of injuries was not immediately clear, responders confirmed the presence of injuries and began working to locate the individuals involved. Efforts were made to contact a nearby homeowner for additional information, as no wrecked vehicles were immediately visible from the main road.
