The incident occurred shortly before 5:35 a.m., prompting a response from Engine 13 and Medic 13. According to initial dispatch reports, the pedestrian was struck along S Kolb Rd, though the exact circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
Emergency personnel rendered aid at the scene, and the injured individual was transported to a local hospital for further treatment. Their condition has not been disclosed.
