Tucson, AZ (January 13, 2026) – A pedestrian was hurt in a traffic collision early on Monday morning near S Kolb Rd in Tucson, between E Irvington Rd and E Yuma St.
The incident occurred shortly before 5:35 a.m., prompting a response from Engine 13 and Medic 13. According to initial dispatch reports, the pedestrian was struck along S Kolb Rd, though the exact circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
Emergency personnel rendered aid at the scene, and the injured individual was transported to a local hospital for further treatment. Their condition has not been disclosed.
During the response, officials also noted the transport of an abandoned child, though it is unclear if this was directly related to the same incident.
