Portland, OR (January 13, 2026) – A Tuesday evening crash in the Wilkes neighborhood of Northeast Portland resulted in reported injuries near the intersection of NE 152nd Pl and NE Airport Way. The collision occurred around 6:46 p.m., affecting traffic along one of the area’s key east-west routes.
First responders arrived at the scene to find damaged vehicles and individuals needing medical care. Paramedics assessed the injured, and at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The exact number of those hurt and the severity of their injuries have not yet been disclosed.
Portland police closed portions of the roadway while fire crews assisted with clearing debris and ensuring the area was safe for travel. Traffic in the vicinity was temporarily slowed as a result.
