Los Angeles, CA (January 16, 2026) – A traffic collision reported on Thursday night at the intersection of San Fernando Rd and Paxton St resulted in at least one person injured, according to early emergency dispatch information.
The incident occurred around 9:01 p.m. on January 15 in the Pacoima neighborhood of Los Angeles. Emergency units responded promptly to the scene, treating it as an urgent but non-emergency situation. Crews located damaged vehicles and provided assistance to at least one individual who suffered injuries in the crash. The extent of the injuries has not yet been released.
Traffic in the area was temporarily slowed as responders managed the scene and attended to those involved. Both lanes along San Fernando Rd near Paxton St remained partially accessible while emergency personnel worked to ensure the area was safe.
