Cleveland, OH (January 18, 2026) – A male pedestrian suffered critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Cleveland. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of W 139th St and Lorain Ave and resulted in the victim being transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in trauma arrest.

Emergency responders arrived to find the man down in the roadway with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics initiated advanced life support measures before rushing him to the hospital for emergency care.
