Aurora, CO (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews, including police and multiple fire units, responded on Saturday evening to a multi-vehicle crash with injuries at the intersection of South Buckley Rd and East Hampden Ave. The collision occurred around 6:57 p.m. on January 17 and involved at least three vehicles.

Engine 6, Ladder 6, and Battalion 3 arrived alongside Aurora Police to find damaged vehicles and individuals requiring medical assistance. Paramedics provided immediate on-scene care, though the number and severity of injuries have not been officially confirmed.

This intersection, located in a high-traffic area of Aurora’s east side, is known for complex turn patterns and frequent congestion, particularly during evening hours. The crash temporarily impacted traffic flow as emergency crews worked to treat victims and clear debris.
