Greeley, CO (January 19, 2026) – An injury accident near the intersection of Two Rivers Pkwy and West 37th St resulted in one person being transported to a nearby hospital on the morning of January 19. Emergency responders coordinated efforts to assist the injured and manage increasingly hazardous road conditions.
According to dispatch communications, the crash led to injuries requiring transport to PMC. Although the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) confirmed the roadway was outside their jurisdiction, road and bridge crews were notified and sent to the location to assist with traffic management.
Deputies reported drivers passing through the crash scene and sliding, prompting additional units to be requested to help block the intersection and reduce further risk. Conditions on the roadway appeared to be contributing to the danger as vehicles struggled with traction.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident and assess how road conditions may have played a role in the collision.
