North Port, FL (January 20, 2026) – An evening car accident at the intersection of Islandwalk Cir and Erice St in North Port left multiple people injured and drew a prompt response from fire and medical crews from North Port Fire Rescue Station 86.
The collision occurred at approximately 6:53 p.m. on Monday. Witnesses reported a multi-vehicle accident within a residential area of the IslandWalk community, resulting in visible vehicle damage and injured occupants. Paramedics were on scene shortly after the crash, assisting individuals who had suffered a variety of injuries. Some of those injured were taken to local medical centers for further treatment.
The roadway near the intersection was partially restricted as responders worked to treat victims and remove the vehicles from the scene. Given the residential setting, emergency crews acted quickly to minimize disruption to nearby residents and maintain safety throughout the area.
