Lincoln, NE (January 22, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched Tuesday morning to a multi-vehicle collision with injuries on L Street between South 14th and South 16th Streets in Lincoln. The incident occurred around 11:17 a.m. and involved at least three vehicles, including a white sedan, a gray Chevy, and a black Jeep Compass.
One individual reportedly sustained facial and eye injuries and received medical attention on-site. Authorities noted that at least two of the vehicles involved were heavily damaged and required towing from the scene.
Traffic along L Street was temporarily impacted while emergency crews worked to treat the injured and clear the roadway. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by local officials.
