Seal Beach, CA (January 23, 2026) – A traffic collision on northbound I-405 near the Seal Beach Blvd exit resulted in injuries Thursday night, causing significant traffic delays in the area. The accident occurred at approximately 8:34 p.m., prompting an emergency response from Orange County agencies.
