Prince George’s Co, MD (January 23, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision with reported injuries occurred on Thursday evening on northbound MD-295 just past MD-410, near the Good Luck Road overpass. The crash, reported around 6:35 p.m., caused significant traffic disruptions in both directions.
Emergency responders arrived on scene to assist the injured and manage the heavily affected traffic flow. At least one person was reported injured, though the severity of the injuries has not yet been released. Medical crews treated individuals at the scene, and further transport may have been required.
One left travel lane was blocked due to the crash, leaving only the right lane open for northbound traffic. Southbound lanes also experienced delays due to rubbernecking, with backups beginning near the Capital Beltway.
